When contacting us for Accident Management Assistance services
In additional to all information listed above, when you contact us for accident management assistance purposes, we will also collect the following:
· Information which relates to the incident which include third party details such as involved individuals witnesses and any police reports

· Information about the incident to help determine who’s at fault

Our vehicles
Our vehicles may be equipped with vehicle trackers and telematics devices and other communications systems that may be connected. We may collect information from these telematics devices and other technologies’ and services and share it as described in our Privacy Policy
The use of the telematics devices and vehicles trackers are subject to our terms and conditions and in some cases the vehicles manufacture and insurance providers terms and conditions
We collect and use the following data:
a) Odometer information: Information is used to help facilitate any extra charges for mileage where applicable and help us mange our fleet
b) Fuel information: We use this information to help facilitate recording for fuel charges
c) Location information: We collect and use vehicle information to enable our roadside assistance to provide you with the roadside assistance you require. Enable our emergency service providers to be dispatch to the vehicle in an emergency situation. Assist us in recovering a vehicle we believe is lost, stolen or abandoned
Vehicle manufacturer apps and Infotainment System
When you pair your mobile devices to our vehicles personal information and other data may be transferred from the mobile device and stored onto the vehicle system. We cannot guarantee the privacy or confidentiality of such information and the renter should ensure all personal information and other date from the systems before the vehicle is returned to avoid other renters of vehicle accessing their information
Children Privacy
Our website doesn’t collect personal information of children under the age of 18. Nevertheless, if you believe that your child has given us their personal information you should let us know to delete their information.
